As the founder of the law firm Laudare, Farah Khodabacus is specialised in taxation and addresses her advices to both corporate and individuals. She sets up Laudare with the purposes to support clients facing an increasing complexity in the tax obligations, enlighting clients in making the right business decisions and facilitate the tax communications with internal or external parties : tax authorities in France or overseas, regulators, or any department impacted by the tax decisions.

 

She has developed a specific expertise working in the banking and insurance sector.

 

Her experience built as an inside tax counsel and as a tax solicitor within international law firms allows her to provide regularly assistance to blue chip companies or individuals located inside or outside France.

 

Farah Khodabacus works commonly with Chief Financial Officers for their key decisions particularly in anticipating new tax legislations, the implementation of their tax compliance obligations (i.e., drafting of the international groups transfer pricing documentations), the optimisation of their mergers and acquisition and any other projects. She also offers advices on organisation and company strategy so that companies better evaluate and manage their risks and tax issues impacting the company.

 

She also assists individuals who require additional knowledge of tax rules and overall guidance in the optimisation of their personal or family projects: transfer of tax domicile, securitisation of transmission of estate, regularisations, assistance in the filing of their tax returns.
